This page explains how Live Life Love Life Charity Foundation handles cancellations and refunds for donations made through our secure online payment gateway.
Once a donation has been submitted and successfully processed on the website, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. We're unable to issue cash refunds or reverse a completed online donation.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Every rupee donated goes toward cancer screenings, chemotherapy, palliative care and awareness programs for women who depend on that support — funds are typically allocated very quickly once received. Reversing a completed transaction is also an operationally difficult process on our end, involving our payment gateway partner and banking timelines that are largely outside our control.
Because donations can't be reversed, we ask that you please double-check the amount and your payment details before confirming your donation.
Before You Donate
- Confirm the donation amount is correct before submitting payment.
- Double-check your card, UPI or bank details for accuracy.
- Keep the confirmation email or payment receipt for your records and for 80G tax-exemption purposes.
- Reach out to us beforehand if you have any questions about where your donation goes.
Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, a duplicate charge caused by a technical glitch on the payment gateway — please contact us right away with your transaction details. While our standard policy is that donations are non-refundable, we're happy to look into genuine payment-processing errors on a case-by-case basis.
